We can direct you to services that can help - Remember to be patient and keep your cool!
We recommend reaching out to a company called Thompson & Stern. They will advise on the best method of appeal. Here is their website: www.thomsonstern.com
Here is an email contact: thomsonstern@wenika.com
For your information however, Appeals that are physically MAILED tend to perform better than online appeals made on Amazon Seller Central.
Appeals are also best when they are short & sweet. I will attach an example of this for you to follow along with (although your reason for suspension might be different).
Here is the address to physically mail Amazon Seller Support:
Amazon Inc.
Amazon Seller Support
410 Terry Ave.
North Seattle,
WA 98109-5210
USAAnd here is an example letter (in this case, when you get suspended due to having multiple accounts):
Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
We have identified that our account has been suspended due to
registering more than one Amazon seller account. We believe there are
two reasons this has happened:
We have registered the other seller accounts for our company, as we
wanted to keep those two businesses separate.
We should have contacted Amazon first before signing up for the other
accounts.
We recognize that these issues fall on us and want to do what it takes to
resolve them so that we can continue selling on Amazon.
Plan of Action
We are taking the following steps to ensure this will not happen again.
In the future, we will only sell under one Amazon account. In case
we need to use more than one seller account, we will contact
Amazon first and ask for permission.
We will make ourselves familiar with Amazon's terms and conditions
to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
I would like to thank you for allowing us to resolve this issue. We always
strive to be the best in customer service to our shared customers and
operate our business with integrity and professionalism.
Yours faithfully
