Can there be more than one Amazon Seller Central account with the same address? Can two different people have the same address?

Don't have 2 Amazon Seller Central Accounts. It's against Terms of Service. If you live with someone who also has one, know the risks and make sure everything is separate!

Based on Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement, you are only allowed to have ONE Amazon account. Additional amazon accounts may result in getting your account(s) deactivated.

If you are living with someone who also has Amazon Seller Central, and has a separate product and business, there is a chance you may get a “Related Account” Deactivation. In this case, it would be easy to prove they are two separate businesses run by two separate people living in the same space and sharing the same IP address.

If you are looking to add a partner to your Amazon seller central account, you can add them via USER PERMISSIONS.

To give User Permissions, go to “Settings”, select “User Permissions” from the drop down menu, then fill in the name and email address of the invited user. The invited user will get an email asking them to either register or sign in for the access. Once the access has been accepted, you will need to go back into the User Permissions, click on “Manage Permissions” and set their permission accordingly.
